Web service pass-through wrapper for ww.dll

Enables a web site to be on a different machine (differnt site, even) than ww.dll.
Typically, this would be installed on a server at a local site with ww.dll. 
If the Internet is to be used as transport, be sure to enable encryption (with matching pass phrases)
on both wwService and the web site.

 To install:
 Install/configure IIS, ASP.net, and ww.dll first.
 Set up virtual directory called wwService with read permission for the IUSR_servername
 Copy all files, including bin folder to the newly created directory.
 
Test by pointing a browser on the server to: http://localhost/wwService/wwSalesSvc.asmx
You should be able to browse to the rInvoke function and test it in the browser 
by passing in ww.dll functions and parameters and seeing a valid XML return 
(this test only works from the same machine - and turn encryption off or it won't work).
Then point a wwSales_Pages site to it and confirm that works.

If your tests work, secure the service by enabling encryption, using matching pass phrases and
Restrict by IP address so ONLY the IP address of the web server(s) is allowed to connect.

Test the web site again again to be sure that worked.
